Our fully-automated manufacture uses the most modern of machines which are able to carry out all the necessary processes from the automated feeding of pins and punched nuts during the stamping process right through to subsequent processes. This ensures that we can produce the necessary high volumes.

Important aspects of our manufacturing skills are surface finishing and visible parts manufacture. Here we offer specialist surface treatments such as tempering, coating, and chrome plating right through to slide coating.

Underpinning the quality of all these different components which we produce across our areas of plastics, stamping and die-casting technology is our experience in tool making, mould and die making and special machinery manufacture. When we develop your solution, we will take into account the planned assembly concept from a very early stage. We can also support the development of a simulation-based concept with our specialist program Mouldedflow Analysis.
