WITTE Components’ stamped parts are fitted whenever the most diverse tasks need to be carried out with the necessary reliability. As a cost-effective manufacturing service provider we guarantee a manufacture with assured quality. To this end, we rely on the performance and reliability of the most modern machinery. These machines take over the automated feeding of pins and punched nuts during the stamping process. The tools’ electrical thread units ensure cost-effective and accurate thread forming during the stamping process. Toxing and clinching are also carried out during the stamping process and consequently no further processing is required. This makes us a good development partner who – if involved from an early stage – is able to input all his acquired experience and competencies into the creation process of your products. Our machine park offers state-of-the-art technology.

Our extensive machine park at our stamping facility at our location WITTE Niederberg in Wülfrath is solely operated by trained and qualified members of staff who process around 12,000t of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals per year to make quality products.
